Fraser's in particular are very useful. I tend to favour the 'overly detailed' approach so the couple I did on BA F (including my first trip to/from YVR) contain info on lots of the minutiae if you are interested.
Can you give us a bit more information on how to find some of these TR that are full of minutiae...I did a search of "Fraser" but came up empty handed.
