because 'Super Bowl' is a registered trademark of the NFL and cannot be used in marketing other than by the NFL. Hotels in Vegas a couple years back got in trouble while advertising their rival 'super bowl' parties...even a local radio station or bar is not supposed to use the term to advertise events/parties.
