Yes, I've used the SEA First lounge many times, only one of those actually flying in F. It is still pretty quiet, I've never seen more than about 12 people in there.

BTW: boarding in SEA is very civilised - a boarding call is made in the lounges (both the Terraces & First) after most pax have already boarded. Just walk down the stairs to the gate and there is only a tiny queue left (or no queue at all).
