Congrats and Happy Birthday!
1) The FIRST lounge in the S. Satellite at SEA is dedicated and I presume w/only a max. of 14 passengers, pretty quiet?
I have not been to SEA, but presume it operates the same as other FIRST lounges. Therefore, Gold and Premier cardholders will also be allowed into the FIRST lounge into addition to F ticket holders. E.g. A Gold cardholder flying CW, WT+ or WT should be allowed into the FIRST lounge.
2) Is FIRST boarded before CW?
Normally F and CW are boarded at the same time, although CW should be held back on landing so F can get off the aircraft first.
3) Is one really shown to one's seat (mind is 2K)?
It depends. If there are two crew members at the door then you will most likely be shown to your seat, but if there is only one crew member then you likely will not be since they can't leave the door unguarded. It is hit or miss with this in my experience. 2A and 2K are probably the best seats for solo travelers, so you have got the best seat on the aircraft there in my opinion!
4) Since this is a dinner flight as opposed to lunch in CW on the return, can I expect something reasonably special and tasty?
I am not sure, someone else would probably be better placed to answer this one. Perhaps one of the BA crew on the board here can find the menu for you
5) Anything else anybody can add such as what is the single malt Scotch, things to ask for? I am so looking forward to a Full English Brekkie you have NO ahdee!
Enjoy the Johnny Blue!

Also make sure your seat is working before take off. Plus, tell the cabin crew it is your first time in FIRST and they will hopefully go that extra mile for you!
Enjoy your trip!
