There are definitely some shops there. They are not particularly cheap, though!
Sometimes they may be disguised as "cafes" as opposed to normal shops, but they'll always sell you things like cans of coke and bottles of water to go.
If, however, you're flying C-class or have got a shiny ST card, you could always nick a couple of bottles from the lounge.
