Not making excuses for the mice - but has anyone given thought to all the construction for the underground tram - all the movement might be causing some of the mice to "relocate".

I feel the OP's frustration. Flew out of IAD on Friday on the first TED flight (LAS) at 0830, didn't get out of the gate until noon due to there not being a pilot. The standby pilot is based out of JFK, he was rerouted to BWI because of the fog, the 2nd standby pilot couldn't be found, and we ended up waiting for the original pilot to fly from BWI to IAD. Interesting part was he had only gotten the call at 0130 hrs to be at IAD by 0800. The whole plane got $50.00 vouchers. Not sure many of them will be used again due to the comments made.

2008 is really starting out "fun".
