Angry new software glitch concerning reward reservationn

After reading the horror stories on this board concerning the travel packages ordered last week I called rewards to make sure that our upcoming stay in Costa Rica went smoothly. Today as I checked my husband's account and upcoming reservations, our Los Suenos reservation again said that no ecerts had been ordered and that they need to be ordered etc. I called Marriott and was told that the travel packages are not ecerts so that won't show up as being ordered as the hotel portion. Is this confusing? What if I thought I hadn't ordered the package and ordered the ecerts. Marriott needs to correct this software problem. I just hope that when we arrive in Costa Rica that the hotel honors whatever is in our account that shows our stay as a reward stay. As I am thinking about calling Mr. Marriott's guest relations any suggestions would be welcome.
