If you are asking just whether there are any shops in CDG selling water, then I think I can safely say there are. It's not exactly a tent next to dirt strip after all.
I know water can be taken on board, and I'm sure CDG has shops selling water (IIRC there's at least one little supermarket-type place landside).
What I mean is: airside,
past security, are there any opportunities to buy water? I presume there are, but it'd be nice to know exactly where.
Terminal is 2F; I remember from previous trips that there were some boutique / duty-free style shops below the departure lounge but don't remember any selling actual useful stuff
