Hmmm. I think you're asking because you are worried that water is not allowed to be taken on board at all, as opposed to just water brought from landside. Well, this is OK. You are allowed to take water as long as it is obtained once through security.

If you are asking just whether there are any shops in CDG selling water, then I think I can safely say there are. It's not exactly a tent next to dirt strip after all.
