Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked a Deluxe room by calling and using the RA guaranteed reservation. Upgraded to a Club Room but not on the usual 15th floor. The room was not much different than a standard deluxe room.

How are the rooms?
Decent, clean, and nicely appointed. Actually, the furniture looked newer than the suites I usually get there.

How is the exec. lounge?
No time to use.

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- Nice room though
- All RA gifts were there on check in
- Minibar was nice and cold (sometimes it isnt there)
- Internet was not charged to me
- RA guaranteed room worked

Bad:
- No real upgrade

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
- Still a decent price at $239 for the room, but the lack of my usual suite upgrade there was a little disappointing.
