Without being rude, and to help you find information going forward, a search here on flyertalk is always a good bet, as any question you have most likely has been asked (numerous times) and answered.

You should also check out the FAQ thread as well. It got a lot of good information a newbie should read.

@:-)@:-) For instance a search using the words "diamond", "diamond desk" and "email" would bring up lots of threads. @:-)@:-)

Also there are directions on how to find the diamond phone number but you must be logged into your account to see it. If you can't find it, please call your local call center tell them you're diamond and they can then tell you the number and/or transfer you.

To reach the diamond desk by email - [email protected]. I would also suggest copying [email protected] (a special email set up for the flyertalk community) as well.
