forget UA RCC, IAD may have the deeper pockets. as a couple of other posters stated, i doubt the problem of mice is isolated to the RCC. what are the chances IAD could be shut down and tented to get rid of the nuisances?

the only solution to eradicate the pesky vermin is to raze and rebuild terminals C&D immediately.
