Are we talking plastic luggage tags here or the paper priority ones?

Last year was my first year with the FB programme. Was disappointed to see that they plastic luggage tags are generic one without your name or membership numbers embossed on it given at Gold card level. My BA one have the details printed and my Virgin one has the details embossed. Makes it look a tad cheap

Surprised by AF refusal to replaced it because they do not have to do anything other than to take one out of the cupboard.

Have loads of plastic luggage tags with corners snapped off or even half snapped off by the machinery. Am sure the handlers then to pull the labels as well instead of the handles.

Very common for old paper priority tags to be removed if you are not flying a premium cabin.
