I have the same activity posted in my Account Activity. The posting date is the same as the "PCR Visa Base Points" and the 30k "PCR Visa Bonus Points". Figured it had something to do with the standard bonus given to someone who signs up for the Visa Signature card, but which in our case was superseded by the "special offer" 30k signup bonus. Of course, I could be (and probably am) totally off the mark.
