Strange, if you get TrueSport 4 you should get TrueSport 3. Not sure what type of transmission (cable or satellite) or distribution system (intra-building), but am guessing you have a in-room co-ax connected set-top device that needs to be "tuned" to get additional channels? Typically the remote can be used to "tune" channels.
