Yes, very much so.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked the cheapest room, upgraded king club room.

How are the rooms?
Very nice and modern: large high king bed, nice working desk, large plasma TV, very large bath room, from the bath tub it is possible to watch TV through a large window with shades, extra shower glass cube.

How is the exec. lounge?
Excellent breakfast, very polite staff, everyone knows you by name, cocktail hour with champagne and nice spread

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- good upgrade
- very nice and polite staff
- food quality is great in the club lounge, in the restaurants and with room service
- all RA benefits delivered without any problems

Bad:
- in-room internet didn't work, but WiFi worked fine in the club lounge

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
- Especially now in winter as it is dirt cheap it is great value, but I stay here throughout the year as it is by far the best IHG hotel in town.
