I fly out of ORD and primarily on UA. Due to the (often, but not always) lazy flight attendants, surly service on a few flights, and overpriced/crowded/lack of free alcoholic beverages in RCC lounges, I've decided to fly my first American Airlines flight in years... I have decided to switch carriers for a few upcoming flights and hope my experiences are more pleasant. It takes a lot for me to switch loyalties, for years I was a NWA Plat, now UA frequent flyer, and its time once again to seek a new airline...
