I am pretty new to Starwood and to Flyertalk and I have what may seem like a weird question. I usually visit Vegas several times a year although I do not gamble much. I stayed at this hotel a back in September. When I was there I watched the very liberal Fox News channel. It helps put me to sleep at night.
I again visited this hotel this week and the channel was no longer offerred. There were still about 50-75 channels and many of them had much lower ratings than Fox News. Does anyone know how or why this would be? Is it normal for Starwood properties to make channel changes? If I were to complain about the change, who should I complain to?
BTW, they did upgrade me again to a remodeled suite overlooking Bellagio.
