I've never flown with Alitalia before and frankly have never had the urge given some of the comments here and elsewhere. (sorry.) However, my company has me going YYZ-DEL return at the end of this month in Business Class(actually originating and returning from/to YVR...). What can I expect on board and on the ground and what can I do to make these loong journeys as comfortable as possible? I realise this is potentially a big topic but any input would be most appreciated.
