Tasmania! A couple of days in Hobart, grab a bus to Strahan (or fly I THINK you can get from the airport to the village....) a day or two there, bus up to Launceston and then fly back to Mel. Though to do it properly driving does help . Other than that, Perth is lovely, as is Adelaide...but I'm baised to Tassie as I live here.
