I've been saving bmi miles for a few years and will have enough to give my dear mum and dad free long hauls anywhere mile-wise

However, can I use my miles to buy two third parties their tickets, or does at least one of the passengers have to be me?

I have had a look on the bmi site and this forum and have not found an answer yet (maybe i've not been trying hard enough) therefore any advice would be valued!
