The northeast was a mess yesterday as usual. Delays are very typical. A few things:
-They're right about the meal vouchers. You weren't technically entitled to them for that delay as it was a meal-less flight. I've been denied meal vouchers before for longer delays. I was bumped off a flight in SEA and they refused for a 4 and half hour delay. See here:

-I think it is pretty terrible you are asking for compensation, getting a generous $50, and then seem more upset than before you got it. After all, you got meal vouchers when you weren't supposed to. We are only talking a 3 hour and 8 minute delay as well.
-As for the mice, they live in the fields and the RCC is on the ground level. There is not much they can do. What blows my mind is you called a sup over it. What did you expect them to do? Sups are very busy people dealing with everyone's garbage. I've had to wait in line for one before and it peeves me off when the guy in front is complaining about kleenex in the seatback while there are those of us who have REAL issues. If you have issues like that and want to escalate it to higher ups, do it with CS over the phone or by mail. Please leave the sups and sd's to their job at the airport and not dealing with your petty issues.
