Coincidentally, I received an e-mail from Expedia today with hotel offers during the Super Bowl. Rates are a lot more than you'd ever otherwise pay for these properties, but welcome to Super Bowl and Phoenix Open week 2008 in Phoenix.
I suspect there are multi-night stay requirements and punitive change penalties, but it might be a starting point.
The first rate is Super Bowl weekend rate; the second is Feb 5-April 30:
