If the hotel situation is anything like last year...two or three days prior to the Super Bowl, there will be hotel openings like crazy...it went from outrageous prices back to standard weekend rates 2 days before kick of...don't know if Phoenix has the hotel inventory that Miami/Fort Lauderdale does, but that is what happened anyhow...
