On many routes, united.com has offered the lowest rates on the Q, V, and W fares.

The higher fares are found on UA's phone lines and through regular travel agents.

This is why I HATE the paper vouchers that I have that aren't usable with the lowest united.com fares. The net result is that even using the vouchers, I still pay more than the united.com fares.
