I sorta agree with you here. I don’t necessarily think that the GA believes that ignoring the zone boarding is faster but I do think that the GA believes that ignoring zone boarding gets the pax outta the gate area faster. In other words, the GA is turning his/her problem into the FAs’ problem. Either way, it is ignoring company policy, a policy that I def appreciate.
