Thank you for the input. I gather that the 757 FC would be the better option. So, I went ahead and booked my flights in 757 FC (miles u/g, actually).

1K-SFO, I checked my options on the day that I'm flying, and unfortunately, they are all 762's (and 757's) - no 763 International a/c.
