For less popular matches, they often go all the way to public sale without having to be a member, but in the case of Newcastle given their recent events as stated earlier, this match may be a bit tougher to get a ticket for than it might otherwise have been.
Back in 2006 I was able to score a ticket in the upper anfield road section for a midweek match against Fulham. Of course the reds went onto win that match 5-1! Midweek matches against non-rival opposition and early round cup ties are your best bets for tickets..
