Just returned from New Years Eve stay at this hotel. Service was amazing. Staff went way out of their way to be helpful. We had a hard time checking out as we didn't want to leave.
Got Exec floor with Harbor view.

Bellman arranged for a cab to the airport at a discount rate. He negotiated with the cab driver for $320 HK. Only $7 US more than if we had taken subway express.
Can not say enough nice things about how kind and considerate the staff were.
Concierge was excellent as well.
If you get a chance go to a movie. Assigned seats. Kettle corn or salty. Big lazyboy type leather chairs. What fun!
