Probably no change to what it is now. If you book the train under a KL code (I think you need to have a connecting flight to do that) you'll get the usual miles for the class of fare. Currently KL codeshares with Thalys to Antwerp and NS to RTM.

I doubt they'd give points for anything else, although encouraging pax to use rail may score a few points from the environmentalists.
