oooooh ... he wasn't even rebooked TMK so who knows how/when/what cos will be used Long time in the back of the bus, esp if its not UA equipment as it might another airline altogether. Being wx related, I doubt they'd do much for him in terms of forcing an upgrade, changing cos, etc.
