There is a paid lounge for transiting pax in GRU. The name of the lounge is HARBOR FAST SLEEP:

There are two Fast Sleep lounges in GRU: one in the transit area, Terminal 2, Asa C (transit area); and one before immigration, on departure level, Terminal 2, Asa C. The lounges have showers, LCD TV, phone, fax, wifi internet. They operate on a day/hour-use basis, which means are are rooms you can use to sleep:
Cost:
R$30 showers/lounge use only
R$40 room without shower/per hour
R$60 room with shower/per hour
Of course, in the transit area there are also airlines lounges....The same company operates a Harbor Fast Sleep inside CWB-Curitiba airport.
