Greetings!

On 12/29, I was just 322 points away from S+. On that morning, I took an Acela from BOS to NYP. The trip posted on the 5th of January, however did not apply to CY '07, or CY '08.

When I called AGR, I was first told that it would post within a day or two ,and when I called back yesterday, the agent sent a request to file points. In the meantime, I asked for an email confirming that I am S+, as well as an upgrade voucher for a trip I will be taking in early February.

I was told that I could not recieve an email, even though the points are listed. I don't know why I wasn't given an upgrade to begin with, being told that privileges only begin in February. Don't they begin in January? I am highly confused . Thanks in advance.
