'tis true that domestic J has been on a long downhill trend these past few years. I personally think that things are at the point where there's little point calling it J - I rather view it as "premium economy" these days.

I'm glad that AC is finally upgrading J on the international flights; at least that product is approaching norms on other carriers. But domestically it's hard to justify actually paying the J premium for what you actually end up getting.
