Do you have a paper ticket?
In this case TG might do the change electronically and on day of departure you get eitherways a sticker on your old tickets or they print you a new one. That certainly depends if there is an actual TG counter at the airport where you are flying from and not a Star carrier like LH.
In this case you would most likely have to send your ticket to TG FRA.
