mikew99 is correct. While this is a relatively good use of miles as far as CO miles go, UA doesn't charge an upgrade co-pay and it's fewer miles as well. They do not, however, fly EWR-HNL non-stop if that's your cup of tea, and CO's product is better to Hawaii. But I'll take UA nonetheless, thanks!
