I, too, have 28k Dynasty miles for which I really have
no use and from Japan I find no decent CI fares anywhere,
so I am not considering them for any future flights
although I like flying them. I guess that amount is
only good for an upgrade with either DL or NW. What
would be the procedure? Feed CI with the DL/NW
flights and ask them to apply the upgrade? Or go
DL/NW direct?
