It is a shame that Flying Blue do not have the same attitude towards luggage tags as Diamond Club. They are helpful however, in relation to replacement cards - I hope to receive one in the next few days.

On the BMI site, you can simply request either a replacement card or replacement luggage tag. In the latter case, two personalised tags arrived within a week I must admit the bmi luggage tags are much nicer in terms of design than the Flying blue luggage tags.
