What equipment are you on? If its a 3x3, take whatever seats are available, then push with RES, and if that fails, I am sure somebody in a middle seat would be willing to switch on the plane. No big worry, it happens all the time.
Or even a window and an aisle - someone will always trade a middle for either of those, unless they are also sitting with someone they want to sit with.
