Deutsche Bahn: Associate online booking with user account?
I think I need a little help here. I just purchased an online saver fare for a trip from Munich to Zurich, for which I paid 31 EUR. When I did this I chose the "book without registering" option, and didn't have a DB user account.
I just learned that I'll need to book an EARLIER train to Zurich on the same date. I've also created a user account for the DB website.
Two questions:
Is there a way to call Deutsche Bahn customer service in the US, or in Europe? I found a number, 0800 1507090, but I'm not sure if that's the right number for customer service (I don't speak German).
IS there a way to associate my previous booking with my current user account so that I can cancel that booking? I think there's a 15 EUR charge, but that way I can recover half my wasted money!
