Did this change happen on Jan 7 at the same time as most British airports raised the carry-on restriction from one to two bags? Or was it a mistake? (Haven't seen it reported elsewhere)
IIRC, its been in effect since the middle of November. (At least that is when the FAs were told to expect the return; I didn't fly any LHR's after that so don't know when they actually started appearing)
