One does have to set a target to achieve high standards - and try to beat it!
(They're not doing too badly either...although I have had to keep the pressure on them on the domestic front lately, which they are trying very hard to try how to reply to my communications!
Unlike SQ, who just doesn't bother to reply at all....!!
