These are probably the A340-500 from the DXB-HAM-JFK sector. I quite like J seat in these birds than the 777W even though they're not lie-flats. I feel they're more comfy and the 2-2-2 seat configuration means you either have an aisle or window seat (not stuck in between anyone). I also can adjust the seat to make it real comfortable (leg rest can be raised 90 deg).

Y passengers also benefit from having a 2-4-2 config as opposed to the tight 3-4-3 config on the 777W. ^
