I might consume 2 or 3 glasses of champagne and a glass of port (which I have to restrain myself from finishing - why are BA Cabin Crew trained to serve port by the pint...?! ).

Would love to drink more champagne, but I would like to walk off the plane with my head still attached to my neck... I also drink LOADS of water to try and balance the dehydration.
