There is nothing in the QF T&Cs that requires SC earning to be on a OW operated flight and clause 21 of the T&Cs indicates what flights are permissible for earning
For British Airways it states "Status Credits are earned on all eligible booking classes. " and there is no exclusion listed ( as there is for some airlines ) that would restrict earning to OW operated flights, so according to the T&Cs, a BA marketed flight operated by any carrier is eligable for points and status credits (
