The other LA club is the joint with AA, which I've never been in, (unless I have that backwards, it's been a while).
I used both the LAX clubs, and they are quite nice. I didn't include them in my list, but the TBIT clubs they share with BA and Cathay is beautiful. I was very crowded at the beginning of my stay there. I had a 10 PM flight to MEL, and around 8 PM, or so, a number of Asia-bound flights left, and the club cleared out.
The QC/AC in Terminal 4 is, in my estimation, mostly an AC with QC privileges (and some QC staff). It looks and acts just like an AC, with an AC bar, kitchen, coffee, furniture, etc. It is very nice for an AC, though.
