But I'm not looking to "go after" AC. I'm not seeking any compensation. I'm not even bashing AC. To the contrary, I think AC would expect its agents to actually do their job properly.

As mentioned in previous posts, some people would have just accepted the agent's word that there were no open seats and they wouldn't have inquired further. The agent should have actually done his job. I would think that AC management might want to hear that he didn't. I know as an employer, I would.
