To understand this clearly, Alohaplus: The agents with their mobile podiums to issue BPs in front of the RCC are gone? But, you still have to go thru security (carry-on X-Ray & body check) in front of the RCC, to even enter the RCC?

Nick1P: The UA connecting counter alongside those of several other airlines in Terminal B was closed on the day I passed thru. The only place to get UA BPs was at those mobile podiums in front of the RCC at the end of the hallway leading to Terminal C from Terminal B.
