I would call ABA to find out, but I'm pretty sure you still get to use the CDP.

FWIW, National has a code that waives fees for those underage (or makes it $10, I can't remember what they're doing now). I can't remember it off the top of my head and it's been a few years since I used it, but I know it is here on FT. It's the code for OSU, but they never check.

Edit: I found it. It's contract code 5000491.
