At this point it's all speculation from our end, since I have asked repeatedly but have not had anyone confirm/deny that they were on a discounted F ticket and had three stars because of it. My theory is that by "full fare" UA means paid as opposed to upgraded. I really think that a Z fare or discounted F, for example, would count as three stars, but I could be wrong. I wish someone that's not a 1K would fly a discounted F ticket and let us know!

I was the second person in F to be asked for their meal preference and the FA hopscotched around to take the remaining 10 orders. I didn't peek at the manifest, but was pleasantly surprised to be near the top of the list on this elite-heavy flight (assumed by the enormous gaggle on the red carpet).
